    Thank you very much for providing us with this excersises. I have been using it to help my uncle who had a strock. I can see a tremendous changes and he is very happy now. The only challenge is he is blind and I am not a PT but you helped me in doing all the steps and now we are doing the sitting and balance. I appreciate it your effort.

    This is true! My mom was suffered stroke for a month now. And shes doing this kind of excercise. Her balance was doing well. This is very helpful. I hope she will recover as soon as possible. 😃❤

    thanks for the video. my pt has stopped due to insurance. My daughter is my caregiver. It is hard to show her the excercizes they were doing with me, but they are all in your videos. Now we can do my therapy at home. I miss it because I was doing so well and on my way to standing up. do you have a video for standing. PT did teach us how to transfer from bed to wheelchair with sliding board. I love that. I hated that hoya lift safe but scary

    How about head dizziness? For me, it's like spinning in a chair then stopped then trying to walk. Makes me feel sick to my stomach

    My mom has this happening from her stroke and she’s got terrible back ache most of the day is there a way to get the muscles of her core to work again and will be back a go away hopefully if we do

    I'm recovering right now from an Ischemic basal ganglia stroke and I'm lucky that I have EXCELLENT TRUNK CONTROL. I'M STILL AT " MAX ASSIST" for standing. but I can sit for hours unassisted!

    Can you show me a video getting out of bed after having a brachial plexus injury. I am a larger lady and have a difficult time rolling onto my side. Also my arms are weaker but with therapy, they are getting better.

    hi my dad had a brain stroke about two months ago but his wrist can't move and figures can move a little bit and he can walk but like drunk person and his uncle can't move he see a doctor for two months and no change. what i should do to help him? ?any exercises any thing my dad is a doctor can he do surgeries after that ???? please give me a help

    easy for a theaphysist to say that never exp a stoke. i learned Akido rist streching movement help me with the arm and fingers

    Would be great showing on a actual stroke person… it’s a good demonstration but he’s strong and is able to sit… no matter how much he acts like he cant

    This is what they had me do at pt for core strength. they said it helps it did help me. I can move better now with my core than always using my strong arm or leg all of the time because they get tired, but using my core I can stay in position longer

    Great stuff guys however if I may suggest...when Bob is explaining Brad should be quiet and when Brad is explaining Bob should be quiet It is annoying when both talk over each other
