Samsung Capule thats true but not just that. If you watched ASC for a long time you would have noticed it. Jimin used to be just a guest stars with yerin (15&) and 15& + Nakjoon (Bernard Park). They liked Jimin and started making Jimin as special MC until finally decided to make Jimin as a permanent MC. GOT7 has always been invited by them from the start of their debut, even MarkSon has a special episode. They also make/invite special episodes of JYP 97line (Jimin, Yerin, Bambam). They always put on CDs from 2PM and when 2PM ends up being guest stars they are very happy! Day6 has also been invited since their debut, and every special episodes or replaces the guest star who is absent (I forget who but they are unable to attend because they are grieving to lose someone in their agency). YoungK is also always made a special MC if anyone is unable to attend. And now it goes with Stray Kids!

Bia Leblanco No, it is one of their ways to promote their group. All agencies do that if there is a chance. In JYPe itself they have done that before, their seniors did that before them. 2PM members (Wooyoung Taecyeon and all members have been MC for music show). MissA members (Suzy and Min become MCs and permanent members of some variety show). 15& (Jimin has been a MC here for a long time). GOT7 (Jinyoung & Bambam became MC in MCD, Jackson became MC in Inkigayo, Jinyoung became MC in inkigayo. All members has been a special MC for music shows). DAY6 (Jae became the MC here. YoungK is often be a guest as a special MC here, almost of DAY6 songs are made from him, he even continue his study to college). Basically all artists especially Idols in JYP do work outside of their main job as a singer. Some are MCs, some are guest stars or even permanent members of some variety shows, some are magazine models, some are advertising models, some are actors/actresses. Although there are some who only focus on music. If you think they just have to focus on one place which is being an idol, just making songs and music, singing and dancing is enough, although it is their main job but no thats wrong. They also have to collect and build their fandom. How can they get it if what they do just a-normal-thing-idol-did? They have to do something outside their zone. Being an MC, being a guest of the show, being a permanent member of the show, being a model, even being an actor is one of the other ways. Sorry this is too long. I think it would be difficult for one of them to be a permanent MC though. The English-speaking members could be special MCs but because they just debuted they are going to be quite busy
