After 'Go F-k Yourself!' Can Julia's New Tattoo Win Over Her Canvas? | Ink Master Redemption Story

Ойын-сауық

On Season 5, Julia and her Human Canvas struggled to compromise on a design, leading him to walk out. When they came face to face again, did she get redemption or did he return the ‘go f-k yourself’?
#InkMaster #InkMasterRedemption #ParamountNetwork
In “Ink Master: Redemption,” human canvases from previous “Ink Master” seasons, who left unhappy with their tattoos, return to the shop for a chance at new ink. Each episode will feature a different twist, including the risk that your tattoo artist is the same one who gave you the original tattoo.

    That sickly sweet "baby voice" is a mostly unconscious defensive technique that small women deploy against large men when they feel condescended to or threatened. During the edited down version of the 2 HOUR consult, her voice gets higher and she shrinks in on herself as he continues to forcefully insist on a tattoo design that will get her eliminated. He refused to listen to her or treat her like a professional, some women can only be pushed so far before they tell you to fuck off.

    @@jeffjeff376 At no point during their interaction was she submissive, if anything she was the one who was being aggressive while the guy was trying to find common ground and compromise. She thinks the baby voice makes her appear sweet and innocent. At some point in her life she probably got attention and compliments for it so she kept doing it.

It showed great character that she kept going for her kids' sake, and the voice thing is just a personal coping mechanism. Many other people would be in therapy, not at work. And many other contestants have a stinking ass attitude for no other reason at all other than a swollen ego.

    2 1/2 hours of talking to a person who refuses to listen will do that to you. We see 5 minutes, what was filmed was 2 1/2 hours reduced to 5 minutes. I'm not saying they didn't play her out to be a bitch, but learn the context. I'm guessing you've never tried to argue your case and the person was just too stupid to understand what you meant. Like you spelled it out in plain English and they still couldn't understand. I'll give you an example. A guy I worked with quit last week. He let management know that he felt that it wasn't safe to come in to work anymore, and that they were putting him in a situation where his life would be at risk. That we needed to slow down letting people into our store, because everyone isn't distancing properly and a lot of them aren't wearing masks. He was told to stand there and shut up, and that it wasn't his job to tell them what they should do. I had the manager tell me the same thing, when I pointed out that registers were lined off twice the length they should be, and that crowds are swarming to get in. Some people are too brain dead to know the difference.

Obviously if the whole world is insulting her she'll want to do better but the apology could have at least been more genuine. "That wasn't me, I was just frustrated" "He didn't get to see the real julia" "Do I get my redemption?" Maybe she does feel kinda bad but that's not how you apologize. That whole video the only sentence where she said she was wrong was when she said "The way I treated you wasn't right." The client accepted her apology and was happy with the tattoo and even though stress is often used as an excuse a lot of the time people don't consider how the effect of prolonged stress and anxiety has on a person.

    This may be a stupid queston, but why exactly would his idea not fit the challenge? Is it because a circuit board in his arm is not a reworking of the actual tendons/bones that are there naturally? I tried looking it up but it seems robotics are an inherent feature of biomechanical art so I'm just confused.

    He literally gave her the mechanical part all she needed to do was persuade him to add an organ in the robot or the robot coming out of his skin that would have been the bio part. She was set on one design and did not care about what her canvas wanted.

  • @feodorawicked5014
    @feodorawicked501410 ай бұрын

    Actually, his idea was Biomechanical. He wanted mechanical aspects to merge into his skin, cyborg style. A cyborg is literally biomechanical. If she was truly worried about the bio-aspect, she could've easily added in some anatomy merging with the wiring. Veins becoming one with wires, the metal plates patched in with skin, etc.

    Right? Sure, she said “It wasn’t right” but that’s literally only half the apology. Like you’re only telling the person you wronged what they already know when you say something as vague as that. A genuine apology should’ve been something like: “It wasn’t right the way I treated you, regardless of what I was going through at the time. I was completely out of line in taking all of my frustrations out on you; especially when you did nothing to deserve that. And I am truly so sorry for the hurt that I caused you for it. And I’d like a chance, if you’d be willing, to start over and really work with you to ensure we incorporate as much of what you want as possible in this tattoo.”

    I think he really liked the tattoo. And I think she did a great job, and after her husband past away three weeks before this second chance. I do feel for her. It must be so hard to keep going after loosing the love of your life. She must be broken inside right now..like a lost little girl, if so her voice could just be a product of how shes feeling and dealing with this loss...I wish them both the best. He was nothing but a kind human being the entire time, first and last. She had a lot to make up for, after the disaster of a first time. She didnt make it easy to like her, let alone root for redemption..But I seen enough to give her another shot. "Good job"
