It seems they only respect wealth and owning businesses not working as a pilot or engineer. Sometimes they have them be a scientist or a doctor though-only the women. Because the men just have to be “wealthy CEOs” who usually inherit their business from their wealthy family.

Because not every countries are same. Well for example In India, you won't be famous as a designer or something because no one takes fashion too seriously. No one cares about buying fake bags or only one in the world. But it's different here in China. People care a lot about dressing sense. Soo people prefer to be designer

@@17woozi well they are eyeing the global market for these dramas so it would help the industry if we, who are not Chinese see diversity in storylines. If you've watched one, you've watched them all. It kinda makes me feel jaded over cliché storylines. Another thing I am not pleased about these dramas is the blatant abuse over women, wives, girlfriends and even children. Just my honest observation.🫰

Viendo dramas chinos y en varias versiones con un mismo argumento me párese que a los chinos les gusta los romances tóxicos y posesivos 😮 No parecen romance y tiernos menos encantadores. Pero lo veo por siertos actores o actrices qué a pesar de los mala producción, y diálogos son muy buenos actores. 😅

A drama with humorous and serious storylines. I loved this tall and handsome Ml and petite and pretty Fl who rocked her cowboy boots! I loved the Ml's loyal and funny male aide who was his voice of reason and Shiyue who loved and supported the Fl. It was heartbreaking to find out the Ml did not want a child with his wife because he did not want him to experience the unloved and troubled life he had experienced and threats from his sadistic father who said he was an accident. Even sadder was that his father was dead set on the Ml not having a child with a non-rich woman to the point of killing and trying to kill the Fl's unborn children! It was so sweet when the Fl told the Ml that he was her first love, and her necklace design was his inspiration. So glad the Ml reunited with his mother and was to remarry the Fl. Well-written and great acting!

I think I’ve seen this before but I don’t remember so I watched it again I hate the ML bc A) if you think she’s a scheming lying b1+ch then just divorce her.. B) if you still love her but want to protect her then ACT mean in public.. but he wasn’t nice when no one was around which wasn’t necessary at all after signing the papers he had no right to disturb her! and why did he act like the pregnancy was a secret? didn’t she tell him the night he was drunk before the divorce but he was the one to refuse even reading the report! also I wish they spent just a bit more time on building the relationship between the FL and the ML’s mother.. it felt like their closeness was sudden and came out of nowhere Finally I wish she chose the other guy in the end.. bc between the person who doesn’t treat you well but you love and the person who loves you but you don’t feel the same.. the one who loves you is ALWAYS the correct answer! always go for the one who respects you and treats you well and the love will build up with time naturally.. what’s the point of being with someone who says “I love you” with words but doesn’t actually prove it with his actions
