Mathilde is clearly peaches favorite person. I mean she loves everyone and is so super sweet but with Mathilde she's like melted putty in her hands, she loves it so much. So so cute

It would seem to me, someone who knows nothing, that the ponies would benefit from this kind of physical exercise on a regular basis in order to keep them fit. Just how Yvonne can find time to exercise all of her horses and ponies on a regular basis and still be a mother, wife, business manager for Stal H, and videographer is beyond me. There simply aren't enough hours in a day.

To some degree, the eh 'portlyness' of the Shetties is normal for this breed. If you google pictures of Shetland ponies, you'll see, that most of them have more of a belly then would be acceptable for other breeds. And they're also extremely good feed utilizer. Which is why they're not out on a normal grass pasture. Shetties can totally eat themselves sick on just normal grass on lush, fertile grounds like they have in Friesland. They're just bred to survive in a very hostile environment. That being said, they could probably do with loosing a bit of weight. But I'm sure, Yvonne is monitoring their health and will intervene, if it's a health concern for them. And as her son's grow older, those ponies will naturally get a lot more exercise, I would think 😉

All the Shetland ponies I've owned and have seen, look like this! Except for the ones that have been starved. It's just how they are. They can be over fed, but Yvonne certainly doesn't do that! She takes excellent care of ALL HER ANIMALS!

Shetland pony's are originally used to free roaming the Scottish hills, so providing them exercise is brilliant and also important for their welfare.. 😊

Look at Glendy bending her neck, she thinks she's a miniature Friesian! 😍 Peach is a riot. Entirely too much energy, that one. Also a cuddlebug and completely adorable ❤ Mario fighting the rope, rolling his eyes, wanting to go anywhere except near his mum, then the rope is gone and he trots by her side. LOL

That was amazing! Mario quickly learns to keep pace with Mem. It was “take your foal to work with you” day in the arena, Mario “helps” Glendy pull the cart. , he takes the lead for a while., walks in front. “I know how to do this , Mem”. Such fun, they are a team now. Picture perfect, just darling❤. And Peach can run like the wind with her long Johhny- legs. Gives us a demonstration. then falls in step with Daisy. What a fun Pony Show !

Mario is obviously still very connected to his mem, while Daisy is very “grown up” and a free spirit now! But he settled right down and kept pace with Glendy. She really did enjoy her carriage ride, so sweet. Loved seeing Faya, as always. And Yvonne’s squad of ladies, the four of you are such great friends!

Oh my goodness this is so fun it’s a whole family affair with sweet Sunshine Faya astride Daisy (I love seeing her riding she’s doing so well!)& Glendy pulling the cart which is just what her breed was meant to do,fun fact Shetland ponies are capable of pulling twice their own weight in spite of their size & they are still trained to wear traditional style gear on the island of Shetland in Scotland where they are from.

LOL, Peach running around like a race horse. So much energy! Trainers say horses learning a lot visually. In that case she's learning how to pull a chart and being under saddle. Both Mario and Peach are learning a lot today! Still like their hugs. 😊

Gosh, Faya looks so good on Daisy! She sits in the saddle very well. We are seeing Faya grow up in front of our very eyes. 😭 Kids grow up so quickly! It was hard to focus on anything else at some times in the video because of how cute Peach was being! Shes a rascal. Mario is a cutie too. You can see Johnny in their faces, especially their noses!

I think Peach qualifies for the Pony Express she is so fast. Mario finally got comfortable trotting next to his mom. This was so much fun I could watch all day. Thank you ladies for showing us this, I think the ponies all enjoyed themselves too. Great job Faya riding Daisy. Peach sure loves Mathilda, she was admiring her lovely hair! Love those ponies and all the helpers too!

Hello everybody! I will be a little offtopic today, what I wanted to share with you, is that I've noticed something. Have you too noticed the dimensions of the House compared to the Stall? Yvonne had such a dedication to her passion, the horses, that she and Bauke have got this property with comfort not for them, but for the horses. I commend and appreciate you Yvonne and Bauke for your decisions and acheivements! Congratulations on your wonderful family, friends (Geertje, Rinske, Mathilde, Faya, Rein) Everything is perfect and very enjoyable to watch! Nothing is forced for the camera. Stay healthy!

Wow, so nice to see the Ponies pulling the cart being riden while they kids come with them to the riding arena. Peach is having a wonderful time while Mario is sticking by his Mom Glenny. Daisy is doing very well under saddle while Peach is flying around how cute.That was a beautiful day in June. Really enjoyed seeing this.❤

This was fun! I know how much Faya loves to ride! I'm glad that Daisy was able to give her some nice Laps around the Arena. That Peach is a Race Horse, if ever I saw one! Glendy is perfect with the Cart. She didn't forget anything while she was on maternity leave! All I can say about Mario and the poop is that he is his father's son! I love these moments when friends gather to enjoy the horses and some riding or driving. Stal H continues to be a really fun hangout for horse lovers! I also appreciate that while this is a Friesian Horses channel, I get the chance, every now and then, to see and to learn about other great horse breeds and their little quirks, too. 👁💙Friesian 🐎🐎🐎!

Love this video it has everything. Faya HAS to get Daisy to trot and canter... remembering when she rode Johnny how she kept asking Geertje if they could trot (yes) and canter (no). Peach knocks me out every time. She really loves her Mathilde. And how she runs and kicks.

Just look at Peach run. She's a bundle of zoomy energy. It was nice to see Glendy and Daisy getting some work in. Good for those chubby waistlines and gives them something to exercise their minds as well. ❤

It’s good to see the ponies being active in other things besides eating they are so cute but it gives it a use in a purpose. I am surprised at how Mario is so dependent yet on his mother, there is a closeness there and that is interesting. I’ll be curious to see how the winning goes when it’s time. Glenn does really well pulling a little cart. That is great. And peach frisky little silly so cute. It’s good that you have so many wonderful friends that can enjoy with you the experience of ponies being out and about. Thank you for sharing.
