@@singaramarumugam4279 if your one leg is shorter than other, then you should definatley use it as it will lessen your pain in spine but if your both legs are normal then it will make you appear 2-3 inch taller if you dont care about ur height, then i think you should avoid it as it may cause pain in ur ankle joints

1 insole is okay more than 1 is not i don't think it's good for long day. After using insoles for some days for too long you might get pain in your heels.
