This was a entertaining video. To hear you say it's not that great made me laugh because some of the workers are half ass producing these things. I work at Nike Air Manufacturing Innovation where we literally make those soles here in Beaverton Oregon next to the employee store. I don't even want to buy these or any Nike products for that matter. The soles are the only thing made in America. At our orientation they told us that it's all sent to Asia where they make the whole shoe then ship it back to the U.S. to sell. They said it's shipped to Asia to keep it a secret from competitor brands on how it's made but we all know the REAL reason. We had a meeting where they gave us a $1 raise & more felxible hours (we work 12 hour shifts no more no less) literally the DAY OF Zion blowing up his shoes. I've worked there for 4 weeks & all I have to say is FUCK NIKE. I'm trying to get out & currently looking for a new job.

Tried it on this weekend and really liked it. I'm planning on picking up the Dusty Cactus colorway that drops next week.

Just got a pair of them about 2 hours ago, haven’t used them much yet but easily the best feeling shoes I’ve ever had. I’m not a sneaker head or anything and so I just see a shoe as a shoe, I got them because I saw the support at the back, which was an instant good thing for me. As I’ve said, best shoes I’ve ever had and highly recommend them to anyone.

nistra I would class myself as an amateur sneaker head 😂 and for me the comfiest shoe/trainer iv ever had is the air max 95 if you ever get a chance like at a store try them out see how you like them if you end up getting a pair lemme know 😂

I’ve got my new 270s! I tried them out & they are comfy as, I squish on my heel and it feels so nice!

I like the mesh pair more than the flyknit pair surprisingly

Considering the fact that most of us land our feet on heels while walking or running, this shoe is heaven. I ran in them and it feels like jogging on trampoline. Totally worth the price.

I have an issue, my feet is flat footed and i feel uncomfortable in the heel part for some reason, its hard to explain. But its like in the corner of the heel, where the “bubble” part starts, probably it would feel better if these shoes came wider but they dont, so idk what to do with them

I just got the black/white. Excellent trainers. Snug fit, fab grip, very comfy and super light. Been down the gym for a run. No problems 👌

I was surprised how comfortable they actually are. I have a flat foot so I thought the sock feature wouldn't work with my low arch but it does. I use them as an everyday shoe but not for workouts. Also, they make you taller. Haha. I'm already 6'2 but 6'3 feels good.

Hes Kicks I've tried. It's actually not a bad running shoe. I like the cushion from the air bubble and they're lighter than they look, but I prefer my Nike Zoom Pegasus 34 instead.

King John Yes, I feel comfortable standing in them for sure. However, if I were to pick between the boost and these, I would have to say the boost, simply because there's a bit more "give" in the structure of the boost to accommodate the spread of the foot. And also because, maybe it's just me, but the Air Max feel somewhat elevated in the heel, which I don't mind at all but I think I prefer the stability the boost provides.

Hamed Dion I would say these give more height than the boost and definitely more than the epic react. But slightly less than the Air Max 1 or 90.

I bought them for running mostly it’s unbelievable the bounce it gives you kind of like a boost honestly once you start to run you don’t want to stop

I love em. I just switch out the insoles and put in different insoles to make it more comfortable. Also the expose air bubble in the back reminds me of the air penny 2. I cant wait for a flyknit version!

Personally I LOVE these! I've worn Nike shoes all my life and I have never done any kind of review or even know bout these channels but I somehow stumbled here so I have to say, these are the best pair of Nike I have ever worn. I have 7 of these now, the flyknit and the premium leather as well. They are so comfortable and can be worn with even businesses or casual outfit. My job requires me to wear scrubs or dress clothes, and I have to say they go with either and have received many compliments with my dress pants, button up and tie. I always thought that look was tacky but since owning these I am constantly wearing them and they definitely provide more support than dress shoes. And they are great for running around on days I have to be in scrubs. I LOVE THEM. Worth the money considering how expensive Nikes are anyways and these are multi purpose.

I wore my pair all day today and my verdict is that it's definetly worth it, super comfortable

100% would be purchased by a 90'a kid, I've struggled not to buy this shoe since it dropped because of this issue. Keep trying Nike, you might win me back one day...

Just got mine, Video is up... I got the Olive color. These are much better than most Nike shoes because they don't have a tiny narrow heel. Finally they went back to giving the rear air unit some dang width. I have stayed away from Nike until this came out and they are very nice. It doesn't need air in the front although I wouldn't have complained.... it's soft enough all around.

I got the 270’s for marching band and I’m kinda scared of missing them up.!

I think the 270 is an interesting idea and I really love the AIR bubble on this one but I hate the materials used. If I could see flyknit upper or leather and suede upper on this model, I would get more excited.

Hey, random question. What is your opinion on the most comfortable shoes in the forefoot? Most people and most shoes is all about the heel cushion but some reason, most of my discomfort is actually at the ball of my feet and because of this, Ultra Boost provided no difference. Thanks

Where did you go?

React in the front would be nice, but I have a feeling it would have pushed up the price. 150 is a good price point for Nike to attack. I think there is a ton of opportunity for Nike between 120-150. Its a price point that could use a little excitement and has enough room for Nike to really attack it.

facts + not enough buyers @ $150+ for lifestyle GRs. often new tech like react is dedicated to performance models first. nike has stated that react performance is durable enough from 300-500 miles, regardless of visible wear. athletes care more about performance vs superficial looks which does not translate as well to lifestyle buyers. It'll be pricey for nike to add react + rubber outsole to this model - which would enter into Vapor Street price pts

6 ix exactly. Let adidas have the 180 price point and focus on creating good innovative shoes at lower price points. $120-150 is a sweet spot in the market. People don’t wanna spend 200 on a pair of sneakers all the time. Having solid gr models at this lower price point is essential especially for lifestyle wear. Not gonna spend 180+ on a GR, and adidas is starting to realize the market feels this way too. Nike has a head start and if they attack it, they can put up a good amount of volume and own that price point

I have tried the 270 and I was not impressed initially, they did feel better the longer they stayed on my feet though I am also a wide-footer and did not get any discomfort with the width of the shoe after relacing them The style of the shoe is also something that grew on me I got the black and white pair, but I think the light bone colorway is the best since the holes on the mesh give the shoe added texture

Lord Apophis so glad someone mentioned Plantar Fascitis in relation to this shoe! I've tried the Altra Torin 2.0 & Saucony Kinvara 5 & they were both great. Just got these 270's and was hoping they wouldn't aggravate it because of the heel to toe drop. Thanks for your feedback :)

got a pair from nike in a swag bag from a contest. at first when i saw these i had my reserves but then after wearing em i gotta say these are the most comfy airmaxes. vapormax is definitely more geared towards runners but this is a great street walker shoe for casual wear. mad cozy style.

Which shoe lifts you further off the ground? NIke Air max 270s or the React? And generally which kind of shoe in this category lifts you the furthest off the ground? Height boost for a guy I mean.

I love the unique feel.

I have the red,blue,and white one I only wore them a few times I bought shoe creases so they will not get damaged love them.

worth $150? hell no at the least we deserve a forefoot zoom unit at that price. Basic cheap foam is not worth $150. Maybe I’d pay $110 and thats pushing it
