That cooker top flame with the slight yellow tips on the top burner in the demo clip, is the wrong flame colour. LPG should burn blue at all times. Grills and ovens though do have a small tendancy to produce slight yellow tips at the top of the flame run on propane or LPG.

Question Can I operate a two plate Afrox stove with a 19 kg cylinder???

You should be able to do so. A long piece of tubing and suitable propane regulator will work connecting your twin burner stove with a suitable Afrox Handygas LPG cylinder

That statement where he says you can weld with lpg is UNTRUE. LPG Is too cool to weld with. You need acetylene to weld with. You can however, cut with lpg and heat treat / anneal metals, as well as use it for glass melting and glass forming in lpg furnaces.
