I agree. Some instrumentals including classical music distracts me. As in, Im listening to the sound and then I just can't focus on what I'm doing. I'm listening to this now, and it helped me. I read a study that said music with no words that makes you feel happy or puts you in a good mood is the best music to listen to because we naturally will want to continue and finish whatever task. Don't know if it's true but I went through about 5-6 videos before this one and maybe because Im African and this feels close to home? lmao Anyway idk. Happy studying!

NOW THIS IS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!! Most of the African Lofi I've listened to is closer to electro smooth jazz than Afro beats. This really hits! I get the percussion that I love, but it's not distracting.
