Yes even singing something more soft and sweet than we've heard from her, Courtney's range and power shine through. She's got a lot more coming very soon.
This is Courtney's first release as a independent artist and she said that it's about the last 5 years and dealing with the record company trying to push her to do things she didn't want so she let the contract run out and went independent and what they couldn't do in four years she done it months but she is reliant on her fan's to download the song (99c) on all platforms already around 135k views imo should be in the millions it's that good

i think the broken heart is the man that throws her stuff out, not losing a job.
That is what happened to her with her music contract. They lured her in then fired her. She is now independent with a lot of support so she will not be "broken" again. This is her statement of her career in the past and the future.

Courtney is a generational level talent and every one needs to hear what she can do with a song as well as the incredible vocal versatility she has. It is simply unmatched.
