Hi, Forgive me for writing this comment a second time however since I have the same thing to share as on the parallel YT channel. I guess it's OK(?). This is one of the best voices in the history of Polish popular music. The best part is that then still girl was a natural raw voice. She just sang like that. Such talent happens once in a billion. It's a pity that Ms. Edyta was never guided in such a way to become an international star. I always compared her vocal conditions with such mega stars as Céline Dion or Barbra Streisand. She had great talent, great beauty. A little luck was missing...

@@angelinasiel Unfortunately, I don't know her. Maybe she fucked up her career maybe not but I know many stupid guys they are super stars. So, sometimes U need luck and strong support even if U R not too smart. She still has a great voice even without her international career.🙂🖖.

Those were the times when a song was a song and Eurovision was a pleasure to watch. Now the songs are hopeless, the singers have no voice, and they only win the competition thanks to politics and image. Now that's all that matters. I haven't watched Eurovision for 4 years. I suggest listening to Edyta Górniak's performance of Whitney Houston's songs. I think they have similar voices. Cordial greetings

I get where you're coming from, Eurovision has been a mess lately with over the top politicised or idiotic and talentless entries, but there have still genuinely been some great performances in those 4 years, like "Voila" by Barbara Pravi or "Saudade" by Maro and "Bridges" by Alika only to name a few. I recommend giving it another try

@@johnf8067 Thanks but I probably won't watch anymore. Moreover, the current work of some musicians scares me. Good lyrics and music are rare these days. I come from the music generation of the 70's and 80's. I grew up listening to rock and metal, but I also listened to pop. I am a musician myself and for me the most important thing is the lyrics and good harmonious sounds. Thank you once again and I will try to listen to the artists you recommended. @@chanell59 alright, I totally understand your point but since you said you'll try and listen to the artist recommendations of mine, let me at least give you some more whom I think you'll like: "Fai Rumore" by Diodato, "Space Man" by Sam Ryder, "Tout l'univers" by Gjon's tears and if you didn't watch Eurovision 2019, "Scream" by Sergey Lazarev is also a great song. Diodato's perfect voice makes it a pleasure to listen to. l'univers" by Gjon's ,Very good song, great voice. "Voila" by Barbara Pravi ,Beautiful lyrical song the artist has a voice similar to Edith Piaf. Very nice and clean. MARO - Saudade Saudade , Nice song, perfect voice and harmony of sounds. ALIKA - Bridges , fantastic song and perfect voice. Sung cleanly. Scream" by Sergey Lazarev , One word: Great!!! I remember it because I watched Eurovision 2019 with Madonna's memorable performance. That was the last time I watched Eurovision. In 2022, I made an exception and decided to give Eurovision a chance because I really liked the song by Polska Krystian Ochman - "River" and I was supporting this song, even though I knew there was no chance. And I was right, good songs were eliminated and a crappy song from Ukraine won. All these songs that I have commented on now had no chance of winning at Eurovision. They are beautiful, but they are not festival songs. You listen to such songs in the comfort of your home with a glass of wine. Now, finally, the last song.Space Man" by Sam Ryder , although I have a weakness for British music, this one didn't blow me away. The vocal range is amazing, with a lot of potential, but unfortunately sung dirty. Generally, this is the song for Eurovision. Such songs win and would probably win if it weren't for the hopeless song from Ukraine. Well, once again Eurovision focused on politics, not music. Dlaczego uważasz, że jest to nieszczery zachwyt? Przecież Edyta genialnie to zaśpiewała, więc nie wiem do czego ktoś miałby się tu przyczepić? Powinna wygrać wtedy tą Eurowizję.
