Thank you beautiful ❤️ I stopped eating white rice, bread and my stomach really reduced! So reduce your rice intake or substitute for Bulgur as shown in the video. I eat oats too and minimum of 4 eggs per day and I eat a lot of avocados. No soda, no sugar. I eat swallow but very small portions with small soup. I also eat lots of vegetables, I eat yogurt and take my greens as shown in the video. I also exercise, low impact because I don’t want to be too slim. I hope this helps❤️

The night gowns are so beautiful, the brown is my my fave even though i honestly think both colours suit your skin tone well. And don't feel somehow about the size, its actually better this way than if you bought your actual size. This size is comfy and cutee😍.
