@limitlesspg5911, you Pumpik seeds as called Egusi is also correct. There are a few types of Pumpkin seeds, the Yello Egusi is one of them. The Green pumpkin seed is another type of Egusi. In the local Nigerian market, you can ask of Ibo Egusi, the cover is white while the seed is greenish or grayish depending on where it is planted. So, as called it is correct pls. thank you.

I appreciate your video thanks for the great information. I thought I would have problems with finding the bitter kola . I googled it and found Amazon Etsy and EBay all carry it. The tiger nuts I have purchased off Amazon previously. They seem very dry so I’ll soak them first . I get a response from just the tiger nuts. I’m 70 and my girlfriend is 32.

Thanks for the compliement, sir. I suggest you take a recipe for 2 months (morning and evening) and give a rest of 3-4weeks. Then you can start another recipe. You will be amazed that your body will be by 70 years. While taking these recipes, stop sugar, caffiene, alcohol, smoking...etc these cause oxidative stress, in addition, causes growths n inflammations in the body thus disease. You will be more susceptible to diseases, especially as prostate issues, bladder issues, joint issues...etc I wish you good health, sir. May your age in grace n live long.
