:Fair use is a legal doctrine that promotes freedom of expression by permitting the unlicensed use of copyright-protected works in certain circumstances. Section 107 of the Copyright Act provides the statutory framework for determining whether something is a fair use and identifies certain types of uses-such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research-as examples of activities that may qualify as fair use. Section 107 calls for consideration of the following four factors in evaluating a question of fair use:

@@DJ.1. by Andrews own admission he's never had the best singing voice all of his career, why does that bother you ? he's older, so what, they still sounded great to me and thousands of others who have been to the shows lately

Ah - you're not wrong. I remember seeing them in Kentish Town once upon a time. They kept the audience waiting for an hour after the support acts and even then, it's a stretch to say I've seen them play because the smoke machines were on overtime. They allegedly played in the same venue that I was present in, once upon a time...

Yeah. I remember reading an Alternative Press magazine in the mid nineties that covered the 'Dark Harvest ' festival and the article mentioned Andrew sitting backstage in his dressing room and sipping champagne while the audience was waiting for him to come out.
