What is going on everyone!? I am back with a video on my Freshwater Above Ground Pond that I have African cichlids growing out in. We need to get this pond cleaned, fed, etc. I haven't shared this in a while so lets do it!

I still gotta have gravel it's good for filtering the main water n bacteria until your ready too clean it.

This video is making me want to do this, I just worry about it being in the garden.. I assume I'd have to put some bristlenose plecs in to deal with the amount of algae

Hi I don’t know if you can help me but I bought a pair of clowns 1 week ago, added them to quarantine treated for internal parasites and after a couple of days they were eating, doing 10 percent or less water changes every other day and then when I did a larger water change and added 2nd treatment last night, they have stopped eating today... acting normal swimming but look a little scared and stressed, maybe because of the treatment and heavy water change they are stressed? Any ideas?
Can't wait till you can expand, definitely would be awesome to see you get a big "gallery or fish room" for the indoor ponds lol 👍
Such a device will filter out any foreign contaminants and provide the fish with guaranteed clean water.
Do you breed various fish to help fund your hobby?
How do you enjoy your fish in that? Not trying too sound mean

@@lakemalawifishkeeping2599 - It has varied. Hikari, Northfin, Xtreme. No I dont add garlic guard unless I need to treat the food with meds
With that much detritus in the tank this may prove again and again that the sponge filters are not working well!

Sponge filters arent going to pick all that poop up, but the fact that the fish were fine shows it was

Yup, they are great for that pond. I would do an external if I could but I don't have room, The sponges have done great
