Why is everyone sayin his on meds. Should be happy his doing better and his humbled himself. People will laugh when a brother is down and in a bad place. Show him the respect. he admits his wrongs and by the looks of it his doing much better with himself. Big up big ego for giving AC a chance

As a therapist this gentleman seems as though he has done the work to reform. I don’t know him or his story but kudos to him for his vulnerability. Whether people choose to forgive and forget is one thing, but he is dissolving his own shame by not only forgiving himself, but also taking accountability, showing remorse and apologising. Respect to him.

A lot of people don't know this but AC mentioned it himself, that his trauma comes from the fact that he as a small child witnessed his family getting killed in Africa. I can't imagine the effects of seeing something so brutal at a young age. Then he had to come to a new country, be estranged from his family and survive in the hood/ the system. So he obviously had a very very difficult life. The actions that he displayed came from a very hurt person. I wish him the best, God bless him.

Nothing but ratings for AC. Accountability was the first thing I clocked. He seems very level headed and actually takes time to have thought process before speaking, nothing wrong with speaking slow as long as you comprehend what youre saying. If he is still on anti depressants, I hope he can find a way to steer slowly off of them. I wish him all the best, because people deserve chances, people change... this is the real him and I only like to watch people being themselves. No facade ting, just heart on your sleeve type shit.

31:00 this is so sad, I never really followed AC just knew about the controversy at the time, but going back now and watching these videos of him breaking down hit hard man, takes one to know one, if you’ve been through shit like that even if you haven’t it’s clear to see this man was going through some mental demons, I’m so glad he made it out the other side

Respect the accountability and you can see here he’s struggle with mental health whilst apologising for his actions.that’s a big step and extremely hard to do

I respect him for this, i really hope that even if people choose not to forgive him, they can release him and everyone can move on. He's clearly in a better mental space now and can realise and see the damage he caused and how wrong his actions were, this is accountability and remorse if ever I have seen it.
