The harmonies are outstanding.

I never cease to be amazed by the girls' talent.

Toto performing Africa live is magical especially with David Paich as the lead singer. However, there is a simplicity and beauty when three ultra talented musicians come together to replicate a masterpiece like Africa. I'm grateful that they have put this iconic piece of music here for the world to enjoy again and again.

This was like having Graham Nash and David Crosby team up with Stephen Stills. They fit together like puzzle pieces.

I think that in Spirit, and under GODS LAW.. of love..., Love..., LOVE..., these 2 are the most beautiful duet in all time.... I am 73, so the Beatles taught >>> us and them.... LOOK AT MONA LISA TWINS. These 2 have grown into the absolute best people in ROCK and ROLL and in every music they touch. So beautiful too mine eyes, such glory Ladies. ( Dad and Mom did good..., and still rock with their angels.

I would like to point out that a strong unison segment like that is usually harder to do well than the harmony parts, and few groups do them live anywhere close to as well as this ad hoc trio did. These three are extremely talented and really nailed this part. Just watch some awards show where a couple of big names try to do a song together with just a couple days of rehearsals.... This performance is a whole new level of professional.

The chorus gave me chills. This made me appreciate this song more than I ever did Beautiful!!! 💙

Same here. I never liked this song until I heard Mike Masse and the Mona Lisa Twins sing it. Wow!! Saw Mike in St. Louis and he was awesome!! Super nice, too. We got a picture taken with him. Great concert. Great musician. Great singer!!! I love the ML Twins, too, and wish they would come to the states for a show.

They play that like they've been a trio for years.

This guy and these women are just plain good. I'm so glad I stumbled into them. I heard them cover a Beatle's song and didn't miss a note, which is nexto impossible. It was "Baby You Can Drive My Car." I

Great cover version! Hearing this song always reminds me of my childhood growing up in Hartford, Connecticut, USA. Toto’s founding members Jeff, Mike and Steve Porcaro were our next door neighbors before the family packed their bags and moved to Los Angeles to pursue their musical dreams. They were great neighbors and friends.

Great harmonies, one of the best I have heard in the twins catalog. The twins voices are a great blend with Mike Masse's. Definitely should do another.

Mona Lisa Twins and Michael Masse , the perfect combination. Wow !

I am astounded by this! Pluck Mike out of his environment, sprinkle just a bit of MonaLisa Twins dust over him, sit the girls and him down and listen to the magic. Absolutely bowled over by the harmonious way yall's voices blend + an Ovation and a Maton 12 string, along with the fiddle bass....I don't think it gets any better than this. Thanks for recording it and putting it on KZread for all of us to wonder at. Wow!

This is just a fantastic cut and everyone deserves kudos, but I have to send out a special applause for Lisa Wagner's bass playing on this cut. I think Lisa has grown into one of the best lead guitarists around, but hearing her on bass makes me wonder just how incredibly talented this lovely lady is... just amazing. And everything she does is understated ... leads, licks, anything ... it's always perfect, but never done in an egoistic manner. I have total respect for both of the girls, but Lisa really did a wonderful job here.

@@tdswift4172 I have followed Mike (&seen live 3 times) for years, and have been following the MLT for almost as long. Mike announced he was playing at the Epstein theatre,Liverpool and was looking for guest support. I knew Mona and Lisa lived in Liverpool and loved the Beatles, as does Mike. I suggested they would be a great support act,having played Glastonbury with Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel. Mike contacted the girls and the result was bit of magic.

This video should prove once and for all that today's noise is ANYTHING BUT music - here are three people, playing REAL instruments instead of a computer, they are playing their OWN instruments, singing BEAUTIFUL harmonies with nary an AUTOTUNE plugin in sight, THANK YOU MIKE, MONA, & LISA!!!! You have given me hope that REAL MUSIC is not dead!!!

I have the same words, this version is brilliant. Easy way how to do perfect music with limited tools: nice harmony, added value of 12strings-guitar, perfect Mike´s vocals, especially in 3.40! My respect and thanks!

This made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up , and that is a sign of a great song for me. Not since Bobby did the original have i heard such a strong male vocal , and even the great Joseph Williams struggled to hit the high notes , Great job Mike. Mike Masse used to play pizza parlor in Salt Lake City. Always reminded me of the line Billy Joel's Piano Man "what are you doin here?" Hopefully I'll get to see his new incarnation live someday. Quite a talent.
