This is why you use Atandra, she's amazing. Also, every fight is different and it really depends on the enemies, there's plenty of fights where I've ran with 2 tanks, because one is not enough. The AFK Replays are a great indication that positioning is key in most fights. But yeah, you definitely need to focus on getting copies of your heroes and getting their rarity up.

antandra is great but she shouldnt be the main focus on a rank heroes, try to get more odie instead

This explains why i had such a weird experience with my tanks and different faction bonuses thank you so much!

I definitly felt like the differences in a couple levels often made too much of impact then the stats would have me expect. Its weird to have something like this in a game that is about the numbers to have a seperate number to make the other numbers work as intended.

That's why using Brutus/Igore as cannon fodder/decoy is crucial. They boost your tankers' survival chances and buy extra time for your team to charge their ultimates, which is often pivotal for winning battles 😄👍

Yeah, kudos to this guy for actually pointing something relevant. I'm trying to learn more about the game but like 80% of the videos on KZread are disappointingly shallow.

Best stat is to divide enemy aggro to one or two of your supports too

That was one heck of an advice. I play F2P and was really struggling at the end of the wilder story line and switching the tank to the highest possible level solved *so* many problems. Thx man!

Idle games have always been P2W. It was never F2P unless you have the patience t to wait for 2-3 to actually get what you want and then progress for 10 seconds, then back to afk idle or spend money.

Who would've thought that getting higher tiered characters makes them perform better and when yours are below the enemy they perform worse. It's like the game is a gacha game... crazy.

But in this case it's not only worse than the opponent, but worse than the character normal performance anyway.

@@kof3017 Hm... can't think of any games outside of gacha games that have "tiering" of units like this. I think you're confused by his use of "leveling." But yeah, in general, leveling is basically the same thing. This proficiency stat is a kind of like a multiplier on top of leveling that is mostly effected by the "tier" of the character though.

but this has like an artificial penalty to your "skills" if you are below proficiency. In most games, your stats stay the same whether you are up against an overleveled enemy or underleveled. in my speculation, this was done to force you to raise your proficiency thru pulling, and with the gacha mechanics, you need to pull alot to raise the rank

Isn't just "performing" better, everyone expects higher tier characters to do more damage, but to have an stat that weakens the characters on its own is not something intuitive and it's good to know.

Really liking this channel so far, there's a lot of good info so far when there's a lot of channels with a lot of mis-information

I agree but also tip for those who are F2P or simply are struggling to dupe their tanks. Antandra, Brutus, Rowan, Smokie, Koko, Cecia. This combo can push you through a LOT of the later stages even if you only have one copy of each of them. That being said. Having more copies of Cecia will make the battles go probably faster and less clunky but none the less the goal is to clear them. So if you have Smokie. Use him. If you don’t. Try to target him in your pools. And use Arena ro get one copy of Brutus and you’re golden. Or. You can use Lucius though Brutus is a better option imo. Good luck!

For Clarity: You only have five slots so obviously you can’t use Smokie and Rowan. Smokie should be your go to if you have him. If you don’t use Rowan until you can pull Smokie then swap them ( this only really applies to the later afk stages ). If you don’t have Koko I highly suggest getting a copy of her in the Dream store thing as she is critical for this line up. So is Antandra. And obviously if you have properly built tanks than you likely won’t need Koko or Antandra and probably only need maybe Rowan and or Smokie + Cecia but obviously that is based on your account and progression.

Oh and one very last tip. If you have a highly built Igor. He is also great for later stages due to his ability to simply swap tombstones rather than outright die. :)

Great points I'd like to add that sometimes if you can make it work going for faction bonus can help tremendously as well. That extra 14%/18% atk/hp can carry.

Great vids bro. Are you sure it is how it works? Looks like a cao for higer differences on lvl like enemy lvl vs proficency of our char. If you fight a 155 enemy with granny at 150 prof. Lvl, then the malus is applied. It makes sense? Dunno, just wondering xD

if the level difference is around 25+, its almost impossible to beat..unless maybe you have a crazy high rank hero..

Its would have to be comapring proficiency to the opponents level, as if it was comparing the enemy proficiency you would get walled alot earlier. Asproficiency seem to be level + something based on rarity.

First CC I've even seen even mention, off hand, swapping slots. I'm having trouble when they have about 1/3 more power than I do, say 150k vs 200k. I guess an A level tank is the way to go.

I'm glad I found this video. I gave up on my hamsters because they kept dying.

I was like "Mtashed???!!!"

The highest rank tank I have is lucius and he is still dying like instantly. I paired him up with antandra and he is still dying fast. My antandra will die fast if my lucius dies. My faction bonus is quite low cuz my basic set up is lucius, antandra, cecelia and whoever I need to fill the gap. It's not optimal but that's what I can do atm. I don't have smokey so I can't build a mauler team

i don't think this is a mechanic that's necessarily meant to encourage people to spend money. It's a system that makes it easier to balance the game. regardless, you're going to hit walls in the game and need to get stronger regardless. this is just a way to streamline how the walls slap you in the face. you could argue that there's more cheese potential and ways to abuse the game without this system in place, but i don't think that much is changed at the end of the day.
