marty uribe I've been listening since my sister showed me them at a young age my favourite album is the art of drowning and my favourite songs are wester and 6 to 8. I get where you're coming from they don't sound like how they use to, but you need to remember bands constantly change wether it's losing members or changing style (who know maybe they'll come back to black sails/art of drowning style). In the end it's their choice and if you don't like then just listen to their old stuff or give the new stuff a chance, I'm sure it'll grow on you after a while!

Sounds like Sing The Sorrow era. I like it

I started listening to them when I was 14 back at 1999 with Total immortal and days of the phoenix. My first song of AFI was lost souls and it caught me immediately. I love the growing and the changes they have had and all their albums are great. Can't wait to hear the full next album

Yeah, definitely not "Old AFI" nor the one that tons of us love, but this isn't too shabby either. The AFI that a lot of us love was pre-2000s and that band is probably gone forever.

This is the best i've heard from AFI in a long time...I wouldn't take their new stuff for granted....goes back to their mid-era sound and at the end of the day still sounds like AFI.

DUUUUUUUDE. holy SHIT. My favorite band since 2003 never fails to disappoint. I've been waiting since Burials to see what you'd come up with next. (Burials is by far my favorite album and yes, I have all of them. Honestly until Burials they were all tied for favorite.)...So this song is awesome, as is the video. I can't wait to see what else is in store! I'm so glad I saw this just now! AAAAAAHHH the hype I can't contain it

Burials is a good album but sounds like "Sing the sorrow" And STS was the last great album for me. It's one of my favourites. I don't know what to expect from this new album.

AlexanderTheGreatHD He was referring to how they sounded on Shut Your Mouth and Open Your Eyes and it does hold similarities to that album on some songs. AFI's first album was not STS or DU. You probably didn't even know their first album was released back in 1995. So in otherwords you don't know wtf you're talking about.
