I always come back to this performance. This was of course along with plenty of other live performances, that during this time, they were the strongest.

This band is one of the best in my opinion. Not every band sounds as great in live perfomances as in their albums. Dave has a fucking great voice. amen for AFI

Well, they WERE east bay hardcore until they turned emo. It's not an assumption, it's a fact. If blue eyeshadow in Miss Murder, or their recent performance on SNL doesn't prove that to you then I don't know what to tell you. They've changed.

He had been a vegan for years back then. Why should he have claimed to be vegan, if he wasn't? If you had listened to some interviews with him, you'd know that he's an absolute integer and authentic person. I have highest respect for him and his way of living. 😇
