I cooked this today thanks. I would say less chillis (probably 4) and less pepper is better, but otherwise a nice dish with lots of flavour!

I think burnt coal for smokey flavour can be done after it's cooked, which will remain till last , otherwise while boiling the smoke flavour will vanish Otherwise it is genuine recipe.👍👍
