How can I extract the safety track for the post production in my computer, e.g. with Magix VDL? I cant find the solution.

Hello sir! Really sorry for the delay! You can import the video material into editing software or sound editing software. Then split the stereo into two mono channels. The mono in lower frequency is the safety track.
I want to know if it works with Insta 360 one rs or not?

Question, can you use the transmitter without the receiver? Meaning can I record with out the receiver turned on and audio saved to transmitter

Not with the DW20. However, you can with the DW30!

I have 7ryms DW30. When transferring recordings via usb the signal is recorded at a very low level. Anyone else? Any tips?

Hello sir, really sorry for the delay. There are built-in intelligent noise reduction chips in the transmitters of iRay DW30. So the audio is recorded at a low level. You can easily adjust the audio in post-production.

@@7RYMS Indeed and the noise floor is low so that's good. I'd still prefer a slightly higher record level however.
