11 years ago whilst i was a student nurse on a night shift (on my break trying not to fall asleep) i found your videos along with your sister. I was hooked! You taught me how to do my makeup properly....having been qualified for nearly 9 years and having had my babies i still need you to give me tips and tricks.....without you I'm clueless! 1. I just realised that you are one of the few who still does a tutorial actually as a tutorial, as in giving explanation and reasoning for what to do and adapting for different skin types and eye shapes etc. I always learn little tips from listening. 2. I was just standing in front of an ELF display last week knowing that some of their products were great but forgetting which. I'm prepared for next time now. 3. Thank you ❤❤❤

Elf’s holy hydration line is really good and it is very hydrating. If that moisturizer doesn’t cut it for you, I’d use their Holy Hydration serum too. You really can’t go wrong with that line. Elf’s CEO came out even acknowledging their goal is to dupe holy grail high end and luxury products while keeping the prices affordable for the majority of us, and so far they’ve done an excellent job. A lot of their dupe products are actually better than the high end/luxury brands. I was not a fan of the Elf original CC cream, but I love that hydrating one. It’s way more natural and it shows how beautiful it is on the skin in this video. Great coverage while still being skin like. You’ve gotta try the Maybelline build a brow and their tattoo styling gel. That styling gel is good proof. You just need to swipe thru and you have a full beautiful, natural looking brow. They nailed it with both those products.

I love that u showed us that affordable makeup will give the look that is sought for. It’s the artistry that matters.

Your power pigment shape shifter brush is one of a kind and so freaking good! I bought 3 of them after buying it and always grabbing for it for so many products. The short handle bubble shape shifter is another good one, but man, can’t say enough about the power pigment bullet shape one. Great job! We need more uniquely shaped brushes in your line and that one hits every need.

I got it too and also need to get more because I always incorporate it in my every day makeup routine. And it’s so soft and the shape shifter name is so fitting because it really does form to the face despite it being a bigger brush. I love that thing so much!

Those bite size shadows of Elf I love so much. I can’t believe they are as good as they are and sold for $3. Revolution has done the same as the bite size. They also have these minis at Walmart that are $5 or under and the serum foundation for $5 and the lip glosses and lip tints are so good! The glosses are pigmented and gorgeous. The rings are moe of a satin matte formula that lasts an extremely long time, even after eating and drinking throughout the day. They also are so small they take up no room at all to store at work, in purse, travel or gym bag, in your car as a backup should you need to replenish a lip color. I’m amazed by those particular products. The serum foundation is a lot like the Dermablend Flawless Creator foundation.

This is a beautiful look. You skin looks divine and that eye look is captivating. I don’t even find it necessary to buy high end products anymore because you can find quality, gorgeous makeup and great brushes at the drugstore that is so good you can not tell the difference between high end and drugstore. Some of the drugstore brands have lost their damn mind though as far as their pricing. Revlon being one, Cover Girl another. Every few years they test the boundaries by jacking prices up to Ulta prices for high end to see how that works out- and shortly after those new products are all in the clearance bins.😂 Physicians Formula and Neutrogena has always been crazy with their pricing.

Elf has 2 other moisturizers you will prolly like, @Nic. Holy hydration face cream and HH daily moisturizer. Face cream is jar packaging and the daily one is in a pump. I use the daily moisturizer - it’s such a beautiful texture.

I'm with you for the ELF setting spray, love the smell and know it but don't know it!😂

You should get the Milani cream blush and bronzer. They are comparable to all the very expensive cream products and the formula lasts all day, so you aren’t having to keep touching up and reapplying due to it being a cream product. It’s buildable and they need more shades, but that formula isn’t too creamy where it moves or fades quickly. It’s got body to it, but it is a formula that you can easily build and blend into the skin beautifully. No need to buy expensive brands when you can just grab those for 10 bucks

I’m yet to see a mua that does that kind of eye shadow and liner as good as you do! This looks gorgeous as always! You do use a lot of cream and powder on top of each other which works perfectly on you, but I wonder if someone less of an expert can pull it off in that order? Xxx

Did you use the setting spray at the end again? I've never put it on mid make up thinking anything put on afterwards would move if the face was wet.
