Thank you SO much for this! I like your style and simplicity as well as VERY practical approach. I will be returning to SA to live after teaching abroad for a few years and my biggest concern is HOW to deal with loadshedding. SA is certainly not for sissies lol! YOU are a winner!

Hi. You just gained a new subbie I subscribed before I liked the video. I got accepted into Preply in March but have not started with lessons due to load shedding. A tutor from Preply mentioned that they are watching South Africans because of the constant rescheduling due to load shedding, so I'm investing in a UPS. This video has been helpful. Thank you.

Never heard of the term “loadshedding”before. I usually just say I need to make some space on my hard drive haha. But happy you found a solution. There’s nothing worse than trying your best and having technology block your progress.

Thanks for the plug ❤️ For lighting, with the camera being on say during loadshedding.. Does the ringlight/sunset lamp do the trick? I'm not sure what to get...

You’re welcome Siphesihle. Yes, they’d give you light it won’t be as bright but the light will be sufficient. If you’re getting both just make sure to get a good ring light the one I use is not that bright.

Hey there , My laptop has a long battery life. Maybe you can try charge your laptop whilst you’re in classes so then once LOADSHEDDING hit you have enough battery life

@@keraexcels Hi, you state that you do not use your camera at times due to load shedding and my question why can't you use your camera if you have the Gizzu UPS, does it not support your webcam or is it not powerful enough and maybe drains the battery too quickly if you use your camera when using the Gizzu UPS? @@triski1899 aaaaaah, that’s before I got the Gizzu and very rarely when the Gizzu is flat. Sometimes even with the UPS the internet can be faulty

Hey, can I plug 12V fibre and 12v wifi at the same time?.. I heard you mentioned it only has only one 12v plug space. What if the wifi and fibre box are both 12V ? ( does it come with a splinter cable?)... LoL, I have so many questions!

Hey Sinethemba, No stress 😜. When I read the manuel they mentioned is NB that whatever device you plug into the ups , should match the outage voltage required so that I caused no damage to both your device and the ups . So, I guess you can , but please before you do so read the voltage output part are you using the same UPS As mine ?

Thank you for responding Kera. I want to purchase the Gizzu same one as yours. Like you said it has better reviews compared to most mini Ups and the popular Mecer brand UPS devices. The cord you plug on the 12v space to connect your wifi.. does it look like you can plug another cable onto it so I can connect my fibre line? . I have 2 12V devices that I need to plug at the same time ( wifi and fibre box). Thank you for sharing the equipment you use. We appreciate the video
