We have seen furnished and unfurnished expensive and inexpensive, now we want to see newer and affordable. Anne and I venture out to Deca Clark, a development that is about 7 years old and is about 7 kilometers out from Walking Street. This development offers many inexpensive units usually two story with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, most are furnished some are not. Come take a look at 2 units we toured recently and see how far they are located from the Entertainment District of ANGELES CITY.

Location might be an issue but i like the security features and the decent split air con 👍 Do a walk around at night in that area
Deca unit did not have a CR on the bedroom level.. I wake up in the middle of the night and would have to walk down the stairs half asleep and probably one night fall down the stairs going to the C.R... No way I would do that.. And.. All it takes is 1 person who turns up those loud speakers that wants late night music or karaoke to destroy your sleep.. With all those bars on the doors and windows you would probably feel like you were in prison.. Thank goodness you didn't take it Chad..

That was one of your better mellow vedio's you have done. Lke the last place but corner unit might be hot from sun and as you said very residential with no trees or scenery. If that need location on last place in last vedio. Would need to check all these places at later time in day and night.

Too far mate but very nice ya blogging costs will increase as gas prices increase but then no noise its a catch 22 mate.

it was only 12 minutes or so but the neighborhood in Deca was so concrete, so hot lacking something it just wasnt right for us 🤷
