    You are an angel. You are doing such a kind and selfless act. Thank you. I have a few questions. Hope you will clarify them. 1) Should one listen to these affirmations passively without focusing (too much) on them or should one focus on them and repeat them in mind while listening? 2) Is it enough to just listen to these affirmations or should one also visualize those scenarios while listening to them? 3) Is it better to listen only to one recording for 21 days or can one (and will it be better to) listen to 2-3 related recordings? For example social anxiety, self-esteem, supreme confidence, etc. 4) What is more effective? First-person or second-person affirmations? Thank you.
