Om Shanti. I was in pain. And so I started searching for answers that were disturbing my peace of mind and I came upon Sister Shivani’s videos. I listened, I experimented and now I believe. The morning and evening affirmations, the mindful eating and drinking practices have changed my life. I recently started to go to the meditation center near me. I’m not where I would like to be but I understand now that I’m a soul on a journey. Not perfect but powerful, peaceful, pure, patient and positive. Many blessings to you Sister Shivani. I got psychologically traumatized and shattered and torn where my self-esteem was crushed as a kid, then as a teen and then as an adult man where I lived in overseas but later after many years I came back to my motherland to look after my darling mom. Both my older sisters also have similar behaviour patterns whether what I did and do is good, giving, helping others, and thinking of others happineswell-being.9though i am not perfect either) I am so humble to say dear Sister Shivani that I've been blessed with tons of love, care, kindness and such a melting and giving heart but sadly i am so very sensitive and very emotional guy too. Whenre there is sadness or loss of lives in other parts of the world or in my own motherland my heart collapses and tears starts flowing. (though now it has got controlled with my search for facts of life and living and karma of bad and good.
