Love it. So many companies have promised this over the last twenty years, but this is the first time that anybody has actually followed through.

Pleasantly surprised by this gameplay. With some final polishing I think it’ll be great. I just hope the character creation has some depth, the entrances are longer, and you can walk around backstage during matches like in Smackdown here comes the pain

It’s actually great that 2k20-22 and the new AEW game actually have the ring announcers sound like their real selves.

This game is definitely a HUGE throwback to old wrestling games. The fast movement, aggressive striking, and decision-based grappling moves are very reminiscent of those times. Sure some of the graphics aren't exactly "Top Notch" but the gameplay speaks for itself. Having 5 signatures and finishers to work with is Amazing! It'll make matches a lot more intense that's sure lmao

Okay, so this is ALOT better than I expected. Gameplay is the golden age style of the old N64 WWF games like No Mercy and Wrestlemania 2000. We shouldn't have expected less with Kenny leading the charge as far as game direction. This is going to be amazing and will be my first pre order in years if there's some bonus physical goods, which I feel like there will be.

Gameplay wise looks great. I honestly skip entrances after a week of playing wwe games anyway. I think if they added different camera angles options it may cool. The finishers seem a bit fast, but it makes sense since you only have a limited time of having a “special “ Overall I’m pleased with what I saw, I think the graphics are fine. Could be better, but I’ll take FUN gameplay over graphics anyday. I wish we got more match types like 6/8man matches, or cage. Hopefully create a wrestler will be good.

There are full entrances, in this demo they just skipped it. The developer mentioned that they have all AEW licensed music in the game so i don't see why they won't have the full entrances.

Controls seem fun, easy to learn, and not as confusing as the recent WWE2K games. My only gripe is the wrestlers' models and movements feel rather weightless and appeared cartoony when they perform certain moves. Hopefully it's just because the game footage was sped up or because the game is still under development.

They constantly keep on changing them and sometimes don't even give you a basic controls menu to remember what button does what. WWE wrestlers actually played WWE 2k22 recently and at best they figured out what 30% of the controls do.

Gotta admit I was not expecting much from this game given the early footage, but this video is surprisingly deep in showing how much potential this game has. The animations are really smooth and the transitions between move animations are well done. The moves themselves look really impactful, like the bodies really connect and wrestlers are hit hard, something WWE games have been struggling with recently. The gameplay truly looks top tier - No Mercy and other N64 games simply had found the best recipe for pro wrestling game controls, so it's a wise choice to come back to something similar. Graphics-wise, the game does not compete with recent titles, they kinda look like early PS4 era graphics and the crowd is very small compared to real life AEW events, but if the gameplay is as good as it looks, I won't mind. Plus I think we're all looking forward to the creation aspect of the game which should be enough to add a lot of replay value.

It's very cool ! But I'm very surprised to see Yuke's doing some Aki stuff (No mercy, Def Jam and co.) instead of...Yuke's Stuff like SD HCTP. Apart of that, the game look cool, very arcade for sure. I really want the wrestlers to have full entrance, but I'm not sure on that point...seem to be short cinematic. Can't wait to see more and more !
