I am using this combination and have found it unfailing in every case of pile be it bland or bleeding, nux vom cm, sulpher cm, pulsatilla 10 m, capsicum 30, acid mur 30,acid nitric 30,aesculus 30, collinsonia 30,, hammamalis 30,aloe 30, lycopodium 200, arsenicum alb 200 I take 1 dram of each and mix them together and keep the combination in a suitable phial. Give 2 drops of the combination once weekly. I have never failed. I have prepared it on the principle of c c matti's complexa complexi curenter.
