This song reminds me of when I started dating my girlfriend in the early 2000's. I played her this song on our first date. Things picked up from there. Then not long after, she became my fiance. We never got a chance to get married because she passed away from a major seizure. But whenever I hear this song on the radio, or on CD, or on youtube, I think of her.

I was with the same guy since 1995, i met him when I was the the new girl to the school in 1994. We started going to dances together and then high school hit and he moved in with his mom, but he was only about 30 minutes away, and so we got our drivers licenses and kept visiting each other! Later on, though, right after graduation he went into the US Navy and this song still gets to me. He served a faithful 30 years in electrician for the ship and security for shipyards and through it all we are still together. We now have a son who is ten years old and work with special needs even though I grew up with a sister who has severe mental needs and my hubby has had to grow up with it, too. Anyway, this song takes me back to a time when he was staring in his Navy career and I was falling apart going out with the friends that we used to go out with. We are going strong now and I think that this song will always be a part of our history. A BIG part.

I lost my best friend May 20, 2023. She was a 17 year old Beautiful Cat. Anna had Hyperthyroidism, Chronic Kidney Disease and High Blood Pressure. I rescued her 5 years ago. I was on borrowed time but the Love We Had was Priceless. She had a Stroke May 20, 2023 and I had to let her go. She died in my arms (was euthanized). I couldn't let her suffer. I so miss her. 😢😢. I am Fostering 2 beautiful Fur-Babies now but I so miss Anna.

I watched this movie in the theater when I was 13-14 years old. Yeah, born in the 80’s raised in the 90’s and rocked for early 2000’s best american punk-rock bands! Couldn’t wish for more! Twenty years has gone so fast( as Green Day sings! )....Unbelievable. Like it was yesterday! Anybody else had a crush on Liv Tyler?! :)

My wife of twenty years is in stage 5 of renal failure and not a candidate for the transplant list. This song has such meaning you'll never understand until it's real.

Iris - Goo Goo Dolls is also there, and Our Last Night (for mainstream-able artists, I would have a lot other real talented musicians, like Aleksander Igorevich Shikolai who made a big and brave statement also with the Live Concert right in Moscow.) I could tell you from many very talented artists, Caleb Shomo with Beartooth. Especially the first albums are great modern interpretations of Rock'n'Roll in the last 20 years of mind and life.

It doesn't get better than Aerosmith. Bar absolutely none. Best group of all time.

This movie was so underrated. It's one of my favorites, easily.

I've been feeling very nostalgic the last few days and across this video, when I did all the memories surrounding it came flooding back. In 1998 I had a former classmate come back into my life and this became our song. After 2 failed marriages, Steve became the love of my life. Unfortunately, I lost him in 2006, but in the short time that we were together we never missed a thing... and I still miss him everyday.

I remember literally feeling these lyrics when this song came out. Oh to be young and in love. It's just so funny now looking back on your first love, and how you would worry about missing a moment with her even when you are both asleep.

Wow! This is the first song I listened to in 2019! Its a hard one to get through without crying your eyes out lol. One of the best love songs of all time.

It has been almost 3 months since I lost my favorite person, my mother. And while the pain has went down a little, I still feel an emptiness, and a huge void in my heart will never be filled again. If you have someone, or more who you love in your life; please do not take them for granted because once they are gone, they will not be here anymore.
