I have been i over 75 airports in my life and this one......is very mediocre. During my last stay in Calabria, when I arrived for the flight back home, an Italian assistant starting shouting to all customers in very bad English. She did send us to the wrong gate, like many others experienced the same. Her being there was a complete mystery to me and she was the cause of many delays. I love Calabria, and will be there again.....but I certainly hope she is fired due to total incompetence.
