my esoteric theory is that Sephiroth was originally a Psaro (dragon quest 4) rip off. Similar look. And in Nibelheim he was all "exterminate the filthy humans" which would make sense if he was originally going to be the "evil cetra" counterpart to aerith.

I don't know if it's just me, but this animation's artstyle is just adorable.

VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL) football coach for a funny somewhat-out-of-context skit such as this, then go for it. Nobody said Dragonball fans had a ghost fetish when they created a parody variant of Nappa. Why should this person's perception (of someone's parody, nothing to be taken with much intimacy) cause you dismay to this extent? They saw x funny thing which gave them y idea which leads to their comment. They aren't asking to sniff your toes, David. I think they are okay and so should you about their preference.
