Maddie Dying It is soo worth the pain! The first few weeks are the hardest ones because your body needs to adapt itself. To avoid burns try wearing long leggings and be sure to wear a top that cover about half your arms. You'll see that after a few weeks you will no longer feel any pain

Wow I was really interested in the way that you secure the loose fabric on your feet in crossback straddle. Are you holding the fabric with your toes? It looked secure but so quick! It's a really great visual for one of those "staple" tricks! Great work, I loved watching.

Hi Cheniser! Thank you so much for your comment, I'm very glad you liked it! (: Sorry for taking so long to answer though. About that trick, yes, you're right..I'm holding the fabric with my toes! We call this trick as "the courtain"! haha To get it right, the most important thing is, before you put the fabric between your toes, to grab the fabric as lower as you can, so that you'll be able to create enough space to pass your body, when you get up from upsidedown straddle! Have you done it yet?
