Great tip. A little silicone oil on all those parts that need to seal air will also help a great deal to prevent any leaking. Reduces corrosion and lubricates too which is all good stuff in most (not all) locations on an air projectile device. The surface tension on the liquid oil actually acts like a seal/sealant. Also, the lubricating effect of the oil will allow the O-ring to slide against the metal a little as it deforms, which is better in many ways. Then just for preservation, on any steel parts that don't touch O-rings like maybe those barrels, I like to use Hoppes gun oil.

Mine works every time at 4500psi with the 67gr round balls that I run through a .357 sizing die. I love it, and I carry it every day unless I’m packing an actual firearm. I use o rings but I put them on the actual barrel above the threads. The only issues I’ve ever had were whenever I filled to 5k. Keep it at 4.5k and everything’s all good!

Thank you for the showing us what we need to do to fix that cuz it is a terrible problem and I appreciate you also can use a little epoxy around that seam on the outside where they looks like it screws together and that'll keep it from leaking also but anyway thank you so much put them in water to see if they're bubbling any air out and then you'll know you got it fixed

Of course its a different channel and I'm not sure if they tried the ones you said to try. But you get my point lol

How does putting an o-ring between the cartridge and the barrel stop the cartridge from leaking?
@thedefensecoalition

Great question. Right where the o-ring is located is the part of the cartridge where the air transfers. That o-ring basically acts as a seal. I got that thing about two years ago and that o-ring still holds air. Without it, you'll shoot a lot of empty duds. Thanks for commenting. Hope I can help.
