An outstanding rendition of "Ae Ri Sakhi Morey Khwaja Ghar Aaye" from the Sep 2014 ghar ki mehfil that keeps giving.
This channel brings the unique and intimate gatherings of qawwali rather than the large concert setting. A whole other mood that is original in it's presentation and reflects the traditional give and take up close and personal.
The start is at a high scale and then slowly comes down to include many beautiful elements including girahs, taankari and finally a lovely tarana.
There are several points that are noteworthy for example at 5.06 when Ayaz brings down the intensity and transforms the recital into something classical, then at 9.04 introducing nit kyon bole papiha morey piya ke baen, again at 14.15 Abu changes the pace and twist and turns the tarz like play dough :-) and finally the amazing tarana at 16.28 with beautiful embellishments by Moiz and Hamza

All the youngsters are their own sons and nephews, so obviously they are getting trained since they were toddlers. They will carry on this great family tradition in future.

No drug, no therapy, no thoughts will take you there, where Ustaad ji is operating from! That place is LOVE! Just love! No qualities to it! "Dekh suratiya apne khwaja ki" Pure love is when you see your khwaja in everyone, in everything, even in yourself! When he looks at someone in the audience and just goes into a fit of transcendence- this right here is the message of Sufism and Advaita! Seeing God in everything! His actions are truly justified in the next line- "Haar gayi main, tan man ko" He's well and truly lost himself or shall we say found himself? Just beautiful! 15:20 is another such moment! A moment of God, Love, and Transcendence! This is what happens when masters speak of masters! Then all futile boundaries of race, religion, caste, and creed are dissolved and only love remains! I'm honoured to experience this. Just like the rest of us. Spread Love! ❤️

Excellent classic rendition to mehboob e ilahi hazrat nizamuddin rehmatullah allahe.
Fareed Ayaz and Abu Mohammad here are like merchants of jewels, exhibiting precious gems to us from their pockets.
The short solos of humnawas have made such a difference. The best from Muhammad and Farid!
