Adyashanti: a deep way of dealing with existential fear (Q&A, with two examples/stories)

~ excerpted from The Dissolution of Identity: bit.ly/3L51Uvn
"At that point, all you can do is come completely out of relationship. In other words, you just stop. Stop means you stop your relationship with fear.. And again, I want to emphasize: stop your relationship doesn't mean you are pushing it away or you are denying that it's there or anything. It's just stop..." ~ Adyashanti
There are two essential lines of development in the quest for enlightenment-the shift of self-identity followed by the dissolution of identity altogether. This talk addresses a similar theme to the previous day’s satsang, “The Collapse of Ego.” Adyashanti focuses on the deeper aspects of his teaching as he explores the subtlety of the dissolution of self and the quiet, complete surrender through which all identity falls away.
Topics Include:
The Fundamental Shift of Identity
The New Identity in No Identity
Conscious Joining with Life
A New Bond with Others
Outgrowing Attachment
Deep Acceptance
Pure Response
