The main thing is not work hard, but to determine what you like the most and what you want to do, when you are at young age and move in this directio, in order to become an expert in this field by middle age and what follows from this is to earn well. For example, I did not know this and no one suggested it to me, so I grabbed various activities throughout my life and as a result, in middle age, I am no one, not an expert in anything.

@@Rudzani totally agree. you can learn from close to anyone, and what OP said makes a lot of sense. the reality of "advice" is that there's no silver bullet. even if Elon/Newton/ tells you to do something, there's no guarantee it will work. people find success in different ways, there is no "recipie for success"

I connect with rooting for athletes/performers who are more human and vulnerable but still making it compared to the naturally gifted ones. It makes you believe you have agency and can still achieve even when it doesn't come naturally to you.

Most employers will use you for the greatest amount of labor possible while paying you as little as you're willing to accept. Contractors are the same. Nobody wants anyone affecting their profits. Friendship doesn't exist in business. Forget "success" do what you love doing. Learn to live on whatever you make. Learn to be content and live.
