Summary: Dropping Gems (Part 1) 1. Hyperconnectivity made attention spans lower 2. Modes of distributions have decentralized 3. Dopamine threshold is higher 4. Have to have more bulls eye (consistently good for many years) 5. Refresh rate, stay true and still reinvent yourself 6. Product and Marketing lines are blurring 7. If you get someone to "share" and "engage" is a sweet spots 8. its not about content, the reason why you share is because its about "who you are" , its signaling

Summary: Dropping Gems (Part 3) 1. X is expected but Y happens (Incongruence) because human brain likes to predict things 2. X is expected and X happens that adds to likability 3. Take enough shots to gain a better probability of landing it on the desired spot 4. writing is rewriting 5. Giving good feedback, is an art 6. who is giving you feedback for feedback's sake, figure 'em out 7. flex your creativity to move the needle, solve a problem 8. be in the zone, of what's effective, however the zone needs to be wide enough to bend for creativity, the number give you direction of where to hit it

Good stuff Tanmay. On the first question about legacy brands still staying relevant in the advertisement game, I feel the top card in the Indian space is Amul. They have stuck on with the same template and haven't neglected the traditional print media, but still so on point and funny with every ad.

Highlights 🎙 Advertising has changed with decentralization of distribution channels and increased attention competition due to hyper-connectivity. 🧠 Consistency is crucial in building strong brands that resonate with the audience over time. 💡 Creativity should focus on delivering surprises and incongruence to capture attention. 🚀 Great marketers blend data insights with creative ideas for effective campaigns.
