    It's worth noting that the owner of the fair just fired a disabled veteran with a service dog for having a service dog.

    There are no legal requirements for dogs to be trained prior to being given a "service dog" designation. It's based on an honor system. He had a pitbull and probably didn't bother training her. An accident waiting to happen in a place full of children and people in costumes.
