The last part in the "Adventures in Santa Monica" series. I will film in Santa Monica again probably the Saturday after Labor Day.
Well, here we have one of Santa Monica's brand new 2014 Wayne Curbtenders. As you know from other videos such as by WasteManTony, these things spill almost have the can's load. If this driver didn't realize this and didn't manually pack as much as he did before he lifted up each bin as you can see, the streets he would be strewn with trash. Even with no wind that day and him packing for 30 sec before each bin, there were still contents dropping out.
