Another great clip showcasing the beauty of FNQ good job mate. I can’t believe that you didn’t encounter a cassowary at Etty beach. They are always there. Another very special thing at Etty beach is a very unique coconut tree. It’s the only one I’ve ever seen and no one else I know of knows of another like it. It’s a Y shape coconut tree. So one root and main trunk that forks out into two tops. A result of good ole Yasi. Looking forward to the next one mate.

We've seen 2 there one on the side of the road driving in and another walking down the hill when we left

jack turtle they are great to see aren’t they. Look like dinosaurs walking around. There is usually some on the beach too. Trying to bully the people and stealing their picnic. Quite scary to be honest.
