Absolutely no wood or paper. I haven't used either of those in my vans for over six years. No more mold.

I never understood how the more cnc used, tin can shelves cabinets, or bags instead of shelves, the higher the pricing. 😮😢🤔😳🤯😵💫 I get the marketing behind these things and how it cut costs for the builders which inturn raises profits 📈 There's a great German joke about a Mercedes owner and the old Eastern-Block Trebbie owner that sums up van life perfectly. 😊 Thanks for taking the time to create this content. You have a very good on camera presence 👏 🎙🎥📺

Grit build is a nicely engineered product. The hidden shower and porta potty is great idea for the space limitations.45:37 It doesn’t look to heavy and maintenance friendly.

I like the idea of permanent but I do like the extra space by not having them permanently mounted.

Good choice.
Undermounted ACs have been tried for years. Roadtrek really tried for one. They dont work well. They get super dirty under there. Becoming inefficient. And they are loud. Louder than the better roof units. Every household has AC sitting in the sun. Here in AZ nearly all AC units sit on the roof. Effects nothing. Just another van industry creation to try and increase sales prices.

I wondered how they would hold up being underneath. I didn't buy the whole in the sun less efficiency deal either. I do like the idea of freeing up roof top space. However, I'm not changing my roof mounted AC out quite yet. Thanks for watching!
