Solid bricks or Hollow blocks - which are better for construction?
Solid Clay Bricks VS Hollow Clay Bricks Pls note, I have not considered branded Hollow clay bricks in this comparison.
A few years back it would have been the brick only era for constructions. All larger buildings relied upon the traditional red brick until construction industry decided to change things to suit the requirements and ease of access to turn towards AAC blocks.
People wanted sustainability and durability, and since people started being more sensitive and aware towards environment protection, blocks came just in time. Few years back the National Green Tribunal issued a ban against digging of earth for making red bricks without prior environment clearance (EC).
The brick-kiln industry faced a major blow, but soon enough the Fly Ash Bricks or AAC Blocks industry got a kick start as people found it easy to set up plants for them and the ease of building them is also relatively tempting. There sure are pros and cons of both bricks and blocks which can make us understand which should be used. In this video you will know which one is better in 2020.

Jo engineering property h fly ash bricks ki use kafi differ hota h reality me kyuki bnane samay sahi proportion use nahi krta h ... Isiliye reality me ye heavy v hota h aur break v jldi hota h ( specially corner) , isiliye mortar v km use nahi hota h

Is fly ash brick safe in place like Kolkata
Here in Pakistan,our experience is not so good with flyash bricks. Many complaints have been received by our clients that the Plaster debonds after a year or two I won't recommend it at all

Use thinner plasters layer with plastic jalli . Otherwise you can used wall putty directly on wall .

But sir in ur video u said tht it is better not to recommend it in cold areas because it has very high thermal capacity so during winter due to lack of heat it will loose its mechanical strength to a great extent.

Concealed wiring is not a disadvantage but only concealed wiring is definitely a disadvantage. Think like that if someone wants to build a structure with open wiring then he can not use these bricks so it's a disadvantage.

sir mera g plus 3 floor ka constructiin hain 700 sq ft ka to red brick use karu ya flyash brick aur flyash accha hain kya
Disadvantages that are mentioned by you are mostly incorrect. Please note that weight, mechanical strength and thermal insulation are better in case of Fly Ash Bricks. Please rectify the facts.

Meri company mein jo bricks use ho rahi hai unse wall mein bahut jyada cracks a rahe hain , by Flyash brick, kyu sir , jab ki curing proper ho rahi he or wall cracks ki bajah se plaster me bhi cracks a rahe he kyu sir bataiye please 🙏
