Can we book 2ac confirm ticket through the counter even though it is showing rac in online and does some tickets are kept aside for offline booking through counter?

Hello Deep, Yes you can book RAC and even wait list 2AC tickets also via counter. The only thing you have to check is, after chart preparation it should be confirmed or at least in RAC status. Because a passenger with wait list AC class ticket is not allowed to enter the AC coach even when it's booked via counter. In that case the TC can put fine or tell you to travel in SL or general coach with wait list AC class ticket. And on the counter there are certain quotas for which seats are reserved and those seats cannot be booked online. Online you can book only general quota, ladies quota, tatkaal quota and premium tatkaal quota tickets. And except that all other quotas like sports quota, foreigners quota, UDID quota etc. are reserved and can be booked only via counter PRS. Thank you 😊👍🏼

Seems very unfair that insurance option is not there in offline method of ticket reservation.

Yes true... Insurance should be there for both offline and online mode .. Because untimely it's the same passengers who are traveling in the same train. And unfortunate situation doesn't come after asking you that you have taken a offline ticket or online ticket 😌😌

Can we conform 1Ac coupe ticket for two persons from the counter?

Haan agar aap sirf ticket banane k liye jayenge to petrol charge lagega..😃 But kabhi market gaye, ya station k saamne se gaye ya office se return aate waqt Gaye to fir kuch bhi extra expense nahi hoga na..🤪

True..🤪☺️ But the additional cost gives you a little bit of convenience to book the ticket from just a click of the button. 👉And now a days we all are addicted to this convenience 😅

UPI is not available in some station

Yes it's true Ashish, UPI is not available in ALL stations, but it's now available in almost all major stations. 😊

Yes, if your online ticket is in RAC status, then you can board the train with that ticket and you will be allotted a side lower seat along with another person in sharing. Thank you 😊👍🏼

If you opt for upgrade option then during chart preparation there is a chance of upgrade from SL to AC. Thank you 😊👍🏼
