I love these play throughs. I'm at the stage where I use most of the rules, but still find myself referring to the manual to check up on the detail. Of all my board games, ASL has by far got the most use and provided the most enjoyment! Thanks for taking the time to film these :)

For Area acq, you can use the large Acq counters.

Common error: do not confuse "area fire" with "area target type". With Area Target Type you exhaust your ROF firing at the whole hex. Also remember that mortars are the exception and can maintain rof when firing smoke :)

Another thing, you need to setup your Reinforcements at the start of the RPh, and they all need to be on their own hexes and so on (i.e. no overstacking).
Shooting the AT gun at the Pillbox, be sure to check out B30.35 for some nice options.
Great video, but once you've made the mistake ( sniper ) there's no going back...
You videos are awesome! Just a question on the smoke..didn't the gusty marker say that smoke was dispersed? Pardon my ignorance as I don't know ASL at all....just watching to learn about the system.
I set my sniper next to enemy snipers to try and take it out of the game. So as the Canadian I would of set the sniper up in L5. Also Canadian squad Q could of used road movement and gained more movement for the future.
Just a small correction, the stacking capacity of a pillbox(as indicated on the counter) is not 1 MMC, it's 1 squad equivalent...= (1) squad, or (2) 1/2 squads, or <== 5 leaders and 1/2 squad, or a crew and 5/8 inch gun.

Your Sniper must be setup with 6 hexes of 6 stacks so you should have set up your sniper in N5
HS shooting SW cannot add its inherent FP.
Mortars keep rate of fire with area fire
