Amazing!! I think I should keep on practicing more with lips vibration in order to improve rhythms with the didge. Thanks

Don't press so hard with your hand that the lips become totally inhibited, find a happy medium of pressure before pushing harder.

Amazing. If I practice this from the side of my mouth will I gain results or is it a lost cause? I've never been able to play from the center of my mouth but have to use the side. Also, I have a problem with drool. I think it's more me being self conscious but I can never get more than about 2 minutes of constant play before I become a waterfall and have to stop, swallow, and wipe my mouth and beard off. Also, I imagine the spit isn't that great for my didge...

fascinating. Now I want to actually hear you play the instrument. This Bubble lips breathing is what we do in our acapella chorus to warm up our vocal chords.. Unfortunately, I am not very good at it. I have to hold my fingers on both sides of my lips to get the vibration going. Is that a matter of lip strength or pressure? Or just shape of the mouth. Mind is kind of small.

At the most basic level here, the moment I put mouth to finger loop or mouthpiece, it becomes all airy. I can't seem to keep the lip flapping. Is this a strength issue, or that the shape of my mouth/lips/upper lip/etc. just won't work on this instrument?

Is it necessary to be able to get this? I have a crooked smile so when i smile to tighten the lips the vibration actually stops.

I used to make all these stupid sounds as a kid, who knew they would come in handy when playing an instrument.
