Dope. For those of us that learn conceptually first, this is a gem. Coaches teach this and I've been trying to learn it intuitively but I just took a big leap forward thanks to this vid. This explains why pro fights look the way they do too. Elite dudes can't afford to throw high risk - low reward that much, so opponents read and move according to the probabilities. Keep these going!

I’m confused, in the beginning you showed the open lane as outside the opponents back hand but then when you have a demo of anticipating the shots you flipped the open and the closed lane? Which side is open and which side is closed?!?!

You use your lanes to dictate your offense, thier lanes to dictate your defense. If that doesn't clear it up, what specific moment (timestamp) are you referring to. I very well could have made a mistake!

Which goes a long way in explaining why "no formal training", seasoned, Street Fighters tend to own highly skilled Boxers on the street. Their movements are in no way orthodox and in many instances are counter to "good" Boxing practices.
