Now I see why a 27 year old woman fell for a 43 year old man. He treats her as a grown up, and sees her as one, which is perhaps what she had been hoping and longing for, for some time. He has empowered her, and this is a big deal. He wants her to become independent and knowledgable about her own life, which may not be the thing to do in the Filipino culture. But seriously, sign a book of checks and not know where her money was being spent on? That is crazy, even for Filipinos! The new Mrs. Escudero lucked out with this opportunity to test her ability to manage herself, which she may find, could be a slippery slope without the right skills. I found managing my money, emotions, and decisions very tough to do when I was young, but the lessons in life forced me to self dicipline. Good luck on your journey and adventure, Mrs. E.

Normally it is not the case. Most older men will not see their much younger wives as equal or an adult. They often dismiss their wives opinions as too immature or too naive. It is like having another father.

Can I just say that I like how Miss Heart gaze at Chiz? It's overflowing with love and admiration. This is definitely worth watching, Mr. Chiz has a way with words and may sense talaga. I once wondered why Heart chose Chiz as her husband, considering the age gap, and I think I know now. Miss Heart is one lucky woman and so is Chiz for having her.

Exactly. Priceless moment. Full of wisdom and both articulate.

The first time I saw Chiz on tv, I was in high school. I was so amazed by his eloquence. He spoke Filipino better than anyone I've heard before. No stammering, no stalling, no hesitation. He was so fluid, his words sounded like poetry. It seemed like he had everything memorized down to the last letter. But he was consistent in every interview so there's no way he could've memorized every single one of those responses. And then he spoke in English, and he was just as articulate. Having said that, what really gets me to this day are his wit and incisiveness. Anyone can be articulate but only few can be both articulate and sensible.

Needless to say, Heart is so beautiful and any man will be attracted to her. Chiz is a revelation. Nakkainlove siya when he speaks. He is full of wisdom. Two people so different from esch other, but I say they complement each other.

Can you put the English subtitles on part where you two speak Filipino? I really want to understand. Still enjoy the conversation without understanding everything. Love the chemistry between you two

Wow. I learned a lot. I am amazed how this couple run a 23 minute video without getting touchy (like other couple) but still manage to make us feel they love each other. I learned a lot of realizations too about life. Maybe I am just looking at a wrong perspective in my life right now. Thank you Heart for sharing his thoughts. Amazing. I feel like crying with all the things I missed and did.

Can you just see how her eyes brightens up when looking at him?? She's glowing! Her husband's indeed the perfect contrast in making her look more beautiful than ever!

I feel like the faster you accept responsibility is the faster you become an adult no matter what age you are. I swear I became the most happy when I became self sufficient. I really resonated when he said to follow whatever it is that you need the most at that certain point in your life. it makes so much sense but it’s so different from what we are taught. We don’t have to have everything or even a little bit of it all at the same time. i feel so much better about not having my life together at 20 yrs old ablut tk graduate next week not knowing what i’m going to do. and 20-30s is so realistic to be building a career..... everyone i talked to i’ college speaks like you’re supposed to have your life made up by age 25 and ready to retire with kids and a pension and be CONTENT but...... that’s not realistic for everyone. It's really nice listening to someone who knows what he is talking about unlike all these male youtubers. I know many girls who are with rich, powerful or famous men and their men thinks that blogging/vlogging is non-sense and showing your outfit, bags, going in and out the hotels are time wasting...most of them are actually unhappy just because their men doesn't believe in what they do. You are a lucky woman to have Sir Escudero. It says a lot about what type of man he is by the way he treats you and how he responds to all your questions. I didnt know na I will go through midlife crisis of some sort but im blessed to have this kind of content. Its nice to watch someone who is smart yet not impossing. Kalma kung baga. Thank you Gov. Chiz and Ms. Heart. This video really helps. Sana masundan pa ung pinakalatest nyong adulting video.

This is a sleekly made campaign video. I bet this had a lot of planning and scripting to make them sound “sincere”. The timing is impeccable... suddenly she starts a vlog a month before the filing of candidacy... and it had to have her married name... and it had to have Sen. before his name... I mean, do wives really call their husbands by their professional title?
