Mannn no lie, I'm going through the same struggle with my vices and hearing AB story had me in tears because when you know you that guy but you keep fuckin up you realize it's you in your way and I'm finally at a place of conquering that shadow we all carry and to hear him going through the same thing just feels like God telling me, I'm not as late as I thought.

I kicked alcohol 10 months and 3 days ago after battling wit it for 8 long years….it was hard….went to rehab for 2 months and put my all into the program and best decision I’ve made besides having my kids…

You can really tell who went through a lot when they telling their story, they be reliving it when speaking. Hope AB stays on the right path n keeps winning! 💯💯💯

It’s sad bc I feel him.. one time I had so much going for myself and then child support and other government agencies came for my money. It made me stop all my ambitions and just get drunk every day .. I was depressed and messed up man…one day I just said forget it and fought back. It’s so easy to give up .. stay strong and bounce back even when it looks dark.

When Gillie said the fans think AB not gone let his hands go, that’s some real shit. AB gotta prove all of us wrong.

Mane he ain’t takin in no game. This is a cycle for him, he does this everytime before a fight. Tries to make it seem like he’s turned over a new leaf and changed his habits and took training seriously so that we as fans say “ooo it looks like ab is taking it serious finally, I wonder what he’ll look like in his next fight”. He just playing on his fans emotions and faith in his potential to keep getting chance after chance, everything he’s saying, we’ve heard already 🤷🏾‍♂️

This is a very real and heartfelt story. I really hope this brother can stay strong and keep his shit together. I'm goin thru a very similar story and his story is very inspirational. The same way he feels he let Tank and his youngins down, the same way I feel I let my youngins down and that shit feel fucked up. I know I can get my shit together as well. After his fight, I hope he can keep his shit together before and after the fight. I stopped my substances of choice 2 yrs ago and never looked back. Thing is, I picked up another habit and now am in the process of eliminating that habit too. I pray for myself, AB, as well as everyone else out there fighting with addiction.
