    I like that it comes back into stock randomly, which is nice rather than it just being all sold at once, forcing us to buy from resellers

    A "... color film that wants to be color film" is a perfect way to put it, and a perfect way to describe what I hope comes out more and more from film manufacturers.

    Having just watched the detailed video on KZread on how Kodak colour film is made, I think it’s a miracle that anyone would even think about taking on colour film production. Hats off to them

    I've shot this as well. Its quite nice but it gobbles light like a fuji stock. I shot a few frames at +2/3 ev and it looked great.

    I would definitely shoot this if it was more available. It has a pretty unique look that I wasn't expecting.

    Great review on Color Mission 200, I missed out on the product launch as I supported the launch of Cinestill 400D instead. When we interviewed Lina Bessenova on the Classic Camera Revival, she told us Fotoimpex blew through the first run of Color Mission 200 in a matter of hours. I love what you got out of your review images, looks like an old Agfa consumer film from the 1990s.

    I hope that I can get hold on some rolls from adox someday and try it out! The colours and the contrast in the photo at 4:50 was really neat

    I have enjoyed your content very much. I started my 35mm/120/620 film usage around 1970. If I may share regarding Adox ... I was a young teenager, and my interest in photography was greatly aided by an interested father. Dad would pick up various films for me and Adox B&W was one that I used. (Amusingly as we grow older we remember the most accurate details from our youth, right?) That green box pictured KB 21, at 1:15 looks instantly familiar to me. A happy recall of a distant memory. 😁🎞📷

    I would be so happy if they made a high ISO color negative or slide film. (High ISO for negative would be 800+, high ISO for slide film these days would be 400+) Very good things are happening guys! The future is bright, I'm sure of it!

    I haven´t got any rolls of this film to test, but based on the pictures posted in the internet, this film looks very similar to some of the Afga consumer films of the 1990´s. I hope Adox will be able to make their own color film some day.

    I love Adox, Color Mission hmm soso. Shot 2 rolls, colours are fine, but too much grain for my taste... that said, i developed them by myself using Digibase C-41 Kit which works great with all the other negative C41 films...

    I'm from Europe, this negative is very expensive and shipping costs are a failure even with us. So expensive that the old Kodak negatives are cheaper. Even though they have a high price.

    I spoke Mirko and Lina a month ago on an event, they told that in 5 hours they sold as much rolls of ColorMission as they are used to sells of Portra 400 in a year. Much more than expected, so I don't know if it will be around on four years. The supply is not very high because putting the stickers on the "black tube" is manual labour. They have their boxing machine ready but were at that moment waiting for the cardboard to arrive. With the current labour market in Europe it is really hard to find workers so there is also no way to speed up the current way of packing. There is already something out made entirely by Adox: Helios. It is not as finished as Color Mission but will be available in other formats like 120, 4x5 and 8x10 as well.

    Appreciate the insight but dude it looks like you are solidly underexposing your films, what camera are you shooting with? The Ektar and Gold shots also looked underexposed.

    @@AnalogResurgence I hear you, any idea why it's looking so underexposed? Are you shooting it at box speed and what do you meter for in a scene? The shadowed areas in a lot of these shots especially aren't looking right, maybe it's a scanning issue?

  • @AnalogResurgence

    @AnalogResurgence

    I’m not sure I would consider any of this underexposed, so I’m not too sure what to say. Everything here is box speed, scanned on noritsu lab scanners, and healthy looking negatives! There’s always a chance that the screen you’re viewing this video on is impacting things in a certain way
